Governor Bago has Announced that all casual Staff working in general hospitals will receive a monthly salary of ₦80, 000.

The Governor announced this while addressing a group of aggrieved casual workers from Minna General Hospital at the Government House in Minna.
He stated that this decision is essential to ensure that casual workers are compensated by the approved minimum wage in the state, noting that not all of them can be absorbed into the State Civil Service.
Additionally, Governor Bago indicated that casual staff who have served between 10 and 15 years and hold degree qualifications will be granted automatic appointments.
Those with diplomas will be offered appointments on a probationary basis, with the expectation that they will upgrade their qualifications within three years.
He reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to the well-being of the state’s residents.
