Six Member of NYSC Batch A Stream 1 Corpse Member’s get extensions of Service in Kebbi state for various offenses

Out of the total number of 741 2022 Batch A Stream 1 Corps Member that passed out in Kebbi State, 6 Corps Members have been given an extension of service for contravening the NYSC Bye-laws.
Addressing Journalists yesterday in her office, the newly posted state coordinator Mrs Okolo Agatha Banki said that their extension was due to the breach of NYSC Law.
The State Coordinator congratulates the successful 2022 Batch A Stream 1 Corps Members as they successfully bowed out of National service in the state.
Mrs Okolo who issued the outgoing Corps member their discharge certificate at the Kebbi State Secretariat,charged them to effectively put into practice, all the skills they have acquired during their one-year national service.
She added that,NYSC has not only given them platforms to acquire loans but to get themselves established so that they can be self employed.
She said, ” i encouraged you to utilize the gains of the NYSC Skills and the entrepreneurship Development acquired to be employer of labour”.
The State Coordinator however commends their dedication and the mmense contribution to the development of the State especially in the area of education and health.
She further called on them not to take the exit of NYSC Scheme, as an end to their service to the nation but rather, as the opening of a new chapter of more positive contributions to our great nation Nigeria.
She then charged them to shun all acts of deviant characters. And advised those who will be participating in the forthcoming elections, to be guided by the rules of INEC.
“I took over the mantle of leadership in the State barely a month ago and for this reason, I find it so difficult to say goodbye to you so soon Mrs. Okolo said as she prayed to God to take them safely to their various destinations.
