The Institute of Continuing Education and E-Learning (ICEeL) at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBU) Lapai has addressed claims made by an individual identified as Comrade Abubakar Danasabe Kuta. This individual alleged that the ICEeL management has raised school fees without prior notice.
In response, the Institute firmly denies these unfounded claims about an increase in school fees, stating that they are completely untrue and should be disregarded.
This clarification was made in a statement issued by the Director of ICEeL, Associate Professor Mohammed Ibrahim Baji, in Minna
He emphasized that the information circulating is false and does not originate from the management of the Institute.
Professor Baji confirmed that there has been no increase in school fees as suggested, adding that such rumors are merely the fabrication of the individual responsible and a form of blackmail.
He stated that all students are expected to pay the standard school fees. If there were ever to be a fee increase, it would be communicated officially through proper channels.
The Director reiterated that there is no increase in school fees at ICEeL Minna and urged the public to ignore any misleading information being circulated.
