APC PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY: TINUBU CLAIMS LANDSLIDE WIN IN NIGER STATE.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has achieved an overwhelming victory at the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary held across the 25 local government areas of Niger State.
Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago, who served as the Niger State collation officer for the APC presidential primary, announced the results at the collation center in Abuja.
The farmer governor stated that President Tinubu received 175,487 votes, while his only opponent, Stanley Osifo, had 5,248 votes.
Speaking to journalists shortly after the announcement, the state governor said the presidential election results in Niger State serve as a clear reaffirmation of the love and confidence that party members in the state have in the Tinubu-led administration.
He assured the President that the APC in Niger State will continue to support him and work towards the realization of the Renewed Hope agenda.
