GOVERNOR BAGO CELEBRATES ENG. MUSTAPHA BELLO ON HIS APPOINTMENT
Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has congratulated former Minister of Commerce under President Olusegun Obasanjo, Engr. Mustapha Bello, on his appointment as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zenith Bank.
In a congratulatory message issued by the Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the governor described Engr. Bello’s appointment as well-deserved. He highlighted Bello’s extensive leadership experience, calling him a perfect fit for his new role.
The governor expressed confidence that the new Chairman will reposition Zenith Bank for improved and more stable service delivery.
He also assured Bello of his readiness to provide the necessary support to ensure his success.
Engr. Mustapha Bello joined Zenith Bank’s Board in 2017 and has served on various committees, including the Audit and Compliance Committee and the Governance, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees.
Before he was appointed Chairman, he was the Chairman of the Bank’s Risk Management Committee.
