Niger NUT Urges Members to Join Organized Labor to embarks on Strike.

The Nigeria Union of Teachers NUT, Niger state Chapter wishes to bring to the notice of its Members that the Organised Labour Niger State has directed all its affiliates members to commence an indefinite strike action effective 8am on Wednesday, the 21st of February, 2024 to press home its demands.
Consequently,In a Press release jointly signed by Comrade Adamu Mohammed Akayago State Chairman NUT and Comrade Labaran Garba,Principal Assistant Secretary General directs all branches of the NUT to join the strike action by mobilizing all teachers at both Primary and Post-Primary Schools within their respective branches to comply with the above directives.
The Press Statement also have it that the organized labour pledges to adequately communicate its members for any further development in this regard.
