Hon. Hamidu Koguna praised Dr. Ibrahim Alh. Liman’s outstanding performance as the Controller General of the Federal Fire Service, highlighting his efforts to appoint Niger State youths and drive unprecedented development within the organization, inspiring pride and motivation.
He expressed gratitude to God for having the celebrant as his Boss and confidant someone who has consistently offered support as steadfast as a brother’s, regardless of circumstances.
Hon. Hamidu reaffirmed Dr. Liman’s shared vision and dedication to enhancing NSUBEB and advancing Niger State’s development, in line with the goals of Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago’s New Niger initiative.
