Ndarani SAN urges youths to uphold discipline, donates solar borehole to Police Secondary School, Bida

A Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Bar Mohammed Ndarani, has urged graduating students of Police Boys Secondary School, Bida, to uphold discipline, integrity and patriotism as they pursue higher education and future careers.
Ndarani, who is the Hukunchi Nupe, Hukunchi Kasar Hausa and Madugu Lapai, gave the advice on Saturday in a goodwill message at the Passing Out Parade of the graduating students of the school in Bida, Niger State.
The legal luminary, who was the Special Guest of Honour, was represented by Alhaji Mohammed Baba Busu, Jakada Labari Nupe and Zonal Manager, News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Minna Zonal Office.
He described the graduation ceremony as a significant milestone marking the successful completion of one phase of the students’ academic journey and the beginning of another.
Ndarani congratulated the graduating students for their dedication, perseverance and commitment to excellence, urging them to remain worthy ambassadors of the institution.
According to him, education is not only about acquiring certificates but also about building character, integrity, patriotism and the capacity to make meaningful contributions to society.
“As students of a school founded on the noble ideals of the Nigeria Police Force, you have been trained in discipline, honesty, courage, respect for constituted authority and selfless service.
“These virtues should remain your guiding principles wherever life takes you.
“I urge you to shun all forms of social vices, including cultism, drug abuse, internet fraud, examination malpractice and violence, and instead embrace diligence, innovation, hard work and continuous learning,” he said.
The senior lawyer noted that Nigeria required young people who were intellectually sound, morally upright and committed to national development.
He commended parents and guardians for their sacrifices and unwavering support towards the education of their children, urging them to continue providing moral guidance as the graduates advanced in their academic and professional pursuits.
Ndarani also praised the Commandant, teachers and other staff of the school for their commitment to producing disciplined and responsible young citizens.
He stressed the need for governments, corporate organisations, philanthropists and public-spirited individuals to invest more in education, describing it as the most effective tool for transforming lives and communities.
The SAN encouraged the graduates to remain focused, uphold integrity, dream big and work hard, assuring them that determination and faith in God would lead them to success.
“As you leave this institution, carry with you the values of discipline, honour, service and excellence.
“May Almighty Allah guide your steps, protect you from harm and crown your efforts with outstanding success,” he prayed.
Ndarani announced the donation of a solar borehole to the school’s male hostel to improve access to potable water and enhance the welfare of students.
He said the gesture was his modest contribution towards promoting a conducive learning environment and supporting the school’s commitment to academic excellence and character development.
The senior advocate also called on alumni, corporate organisations, philanthropists and other well-meaning Nigerians to complement government’s efforts by supporting schools with infrastructure and other essential facilities.
He congratulated the graduating students, their parents and the management of the school on the successful completion of another academic session and wished the graduates success in their future endeavours.
