NUT Niger State Wing Mourns the Passing of Hajiya Hafsat Abdulkareem Lafene.
The Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), Niger State Wing, deeply regrets the passing of Hajiya Hafsat Abdulkareem Lafene, beloved mother of Niger State Chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and President of NULGE, Comrade Abdulkareem Idrees Lafene.
In a statement issued by Comrade Adamu Mohammed Akayago, State Chairman of NUT Niger State Council, it was expressed that the State Executive Council and all teachers in Niger State extend heartfelt condolences to Comrade Lafene, the entire Lafene family, the leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), and the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) for this profound loss.
The Union recognizes that the death of a beloved mother is a significant loss not only for her immediate family but also for everyone affected by her life and virtues.Â
We pray that Almighty Allah (SWT), in His infinite mercy, forgives her shortcomings, accepts her good deeds, and grants her Aljannatul Firdaus.
May Allah also give Comrade Lafene, his family, and all loved ones the strength, patience, and resilience to endure this irreplaceable loss.
