Workers Day : Governor Umaru Bago Applauds Niger State workforce.

Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, extends his heartfelt congratulations to all workers and organized labor in the state on the occasion of Workers’ Day.
In a congratulatory message delivered through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, Governor Bago acknowledged the crucial role that workers play in nation-building.
He emphasized that civil servants are essential to governance, serving as the backbone that drives the effective implementation of government policies and programs.
The governor commended the officials of organized labor and the entire workforce in the state for their resilience and understanding toward the current administration, particularly in light of the ongoing economic challenges.
He urged workers to uphold professionalism and adhere to civil service ethics while remaining focused, dedicated, and committed to their duties.
Furthermore, he reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to restructuring the Civil Service to enhance its efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
Governor Bago also assured that the welfare of workers remains a top priority for him.
