NECO Extends Condolences to Niger State Govt. and Families of Dikko Petrol Tanker Explosion Victims.
The Registrar and Chief Executive of the National Examinations Council (NECO), Prof. Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi, has expressed profound shock and sorrow regarding the petrol tanker explosion that tragically claimed numerous lives at Dikko Junction on Saturday.
Prof. Wushishi conveyed the condolences of the Management and Staff of NECO to Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umar Bago, as well as to the families affected by this devastating incident.
He prayed for the eternal rest of the victims’ souls.
Furthermore, the Registrar urged road users to exercise greater caution, emphasizing that the disaster may have been preventable if tanker drivers had adhered to established traffic regulations.
He also extended his wishes for a swift recovery to those who sustained injuries in the tragic event.
