Pensioners in the State Advised to Take AM ALIVE Verification Exercise Seriously

The Nigeria Union of Pensioners (NUP), under the directives of the State Executive Council (SEC), wishes to inform all pensioners in the state that the AM ALIVE verification exercise conducted by the Niger State Pension Board is ongoing.
In a statement released by the NUP’s State Secretary, Comrade Abdullahi Baba Sani, stated that all pensioners belonging to the Defined Benefit Scheme (DBS), with the exception of those yet to be captured, must visit the bank of their choice (preferably the bank where they receive their monthly pension) to complete the capture process before January 20, 2025.
The statement emphasized the importance of taking the verification exercise seriously, as failure to be captured could lead to severe consequences. Therefore, pensioners are urged to give this exercise the utmost attention it deserves.
