Secretary Liquor Board condoles Dep. Gov. over demise of wife Hajiya Zainab.
The secretary, Niger state Liquor Licensing and Prohibition Board, Alhaji Ibrahim Mohammed Bonu and the entire Staff of the Board has described as socking and painful the death of the wife of the state deputy governor, Hajiya Zainab Yakubu Garba.
The Secretary Ibrahim Mohammed Bonu in a condolence massage said the death of the deputy governor’s wife was a great loss not only to the family but to the entire state.
He described the late Hajiya Zainab Garba as a humble woman and mother whose demise will be greatly missed by all, adding that “I am personally saddened by the news of the death”.
According to him,the death of late Hajiya Zainab came at a time when her support and contributions to the building of a New Niger is most needed.
Ibrahim Bonu said it is indeed devastating news and a trying moment not only for the Deputy Governor but the government and the entire people of the State.
He therefore urged the deputy governor to see the death of his wife as an act of Allah who gives and take when it pleases him, saying that he should be consoled by the fact that the deceased lived a good and fulfilled life.
