Wife Of Kebbi State Governor distributes Aids to 2000 person with disabilities.

No fewer than 2000 peoples with disabilities have benefited in the distribution of prosthetics aids in Kebbi State.
The distribution flag-off which took place yesterday at the premises of the Ministry of women affairs and social development.
Delivery her speech, the Wife of the Kebbi State Governor Hajiya Aisha Bagudu said that the programme which is an annual events was aimed to reduce the suffering of the less privileges and make them to be self employed.
She applauded her husband Governor Bagudu for supporting the ophans in the State and ensure that they have sense of belongs in performing their normal responsibilities.
“I pray and urge you not to sale all this items, government gave you this to support you and stop you people from street begging” she warn.
Hajiya Aisha Bagudu who promised to continue in assisting the less privileged people through her NGOs programme even after the end of their administration.
She then admonish the people of Kebbi state to always respect their leaders as is the best way to achieve good things and make the state development.
In her remarks, the permanent secretary Ministry of women affairs Hajiya Aisha Maikurata thank the Kebbi State Governor and his wife for enormous contributions towards uplifting the live of the People’s with disabilities.
“your support most especially on the Alimajari school programme as make a significant difference at the rural areas as you have added a value to their lives and reduce insecurity bedeviling in some part of the state” she said.
Permanent secretary who emphasis that the wife of the Governor programme has make parents to enrolled and sponsor their children who was out of school to be enrolled.
She also called on the beneficiaries to used the items judiciously and not to sale them for their selfishness interest as government is ready to provide them with all the necessary tools that will elivate their suffering.
The items distributed are wheelchair, tricycle, stick, motorcycle and others.
