The Commissioner of Police Zamfara State Command,CP Kolo Yusuf on Wednesday visited the Temporary site of the NYSC Orientation Camp at Science Secondary School, Gusau in his commitment to provide security and safety of Corp Members deployed to State.
According to a press release made available to Journalist’s in Gusau by the State Command Police Public Relations Officer, SP Mohammed Shehu, said that the visit of the Commissioner of Police was to assess and improve the existing security arrangements at the Camp.
CP Kolo in his address at the NYSC Orientation Camp assures them of Police’s continuous commitment to their safety both in the camp and at their primary areas of responsibility.
The Commissioner of Police further enjoins them to be security conscious and report any suspicious movements of person’s to the police or any security agency for prompt action.
On his response the state NYSC Coordinator, Dan Mallam Mohammed appreciates the Commissioner of Police for the visit and his concern for Corp members in the state and promise to continue to collaborate with the Command in the area of security and Other Security Agencies in the state to boats Security architecture at the Camp.
