Niger State Govt. Partners SAHAD STORES for the construction of it’s branch in Minna.

As part of efforts to engender socio-economic development of the State, the Niger State Government is partnering Sahad Stores for the construction of its branch in Minna.

This was brought to fore when Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago directed the Commissioner for Lands and Survey, Barr. Maurice Magaji to allocate suitable land to the Chairman of Sahad Stores, Alh. Ibrahim Mijinyawa for the construction of the branch in Minna City Centre.

The Governor who inspected the Minna City Centre with the Chairman of Sahad Stores, the location would be strategic and would boost the economic activities in the State Capital thereby improving the Internally Generated Revenue of the State.

Governor Umaru Bago also observed that having a branch of Sahad Stores in Minna will create job opportunities for youths in the State.

While appreciating Alh. Mijinyawa for indicating interest in investing in the state, the Governor emphasized that his administration will do everything possible to attract National and International investors in the State.

He assured that efforts are also being made to ensure investments are secured in the State.

Governor Umaru Bago was accompanied by his Deputy, Comrade Yakubu Garba, Chief of Staff, Abdullahi Usman Gbatamangi, Commissioner for Lands and Survey, Maurice Magaji.
