Niger State Chairman NLC, Idris Lafene, mourns the loss of esteemed colleague, Mallam Ibrahim Garba Kagara.
The Chairman of the Organized Labour in Niger State, Comrade Idris Abdulkareem Lafene, has expressed deep shock and profound sadness upon learning of the passing of his brother and close friend, Mallam Ibrahim Garba Kagara, a respected lecturer at Niger State Polytechnic, Zungeru.
In a statement released by his media aide, Ndanusa Isako, Lafene highlighted the late Mallam Ibrahim Garba Kagara’s humility, dedication to academic excellence, and unwavering commitment to mentoring students and shaping lives through education.
His death marks a significant loss to his family, the academic community, the organized labor family, and Niger State as a whole.
Lafene praised the deceased as a man of integrity, wisdom, and compassion, whose contributions to education and societal development will be lasting.
He emphasized that Mallam Ibrahim Garba Kagara led a life dedicated to service, positively impacting many through his professional and personal efforts.
While mourning this irreplaceable loss, the labor leader prays that Allah forgive his shortcomings, grant him eternal rest in Aljannatul Firdaus, and provide the family, colleagues, and friends with strength and resilience during this difficult time.
