In a recent statement, Honorable Mohammed Hamisu, Executive Director of Operations and Enforcement at the Niger State Liquor Licensing Board, expressed strong support for the ongoing developmental changes in Rafi Emirate, led by His Royal Highness Malam Ahmed Gunna, since his appointment as the Emir of Kagara.
He said the Emir Ahmed Gunna has initiated significant reforms aimed at creating additional District Heads, which have been pivotal for the Emirates development.
In a press statement shared with Nigeria Daily Post, Hon. Hamisu condemned a recent petition opposing the appointment of new Hakimis, describing it as unfounded, mischievous, and self-centered.
He emphasized that those opposed to the appointment of ten additional District Heads are enemies of the progress of Kagara Emirate and do not wish the community and its people well.
Highlighting a recent positive development in Kagara Emirate, Hon. Hamisu noted the appointment of ten new Hakimi, bringing the total to twenty.
He urged Emir Gunna to consider appointing an additional thirty Hakimi to further enhance representation and improve the sense of belonging for the less privileged in the community.
He praised Emir Gunna’s recent appointment of the Hakimi of Kuwan Kasa Mallam Umaru Tegina, with its headquarters in Ginni, underscoring the Emir’s commitment to fostering development within the emirate.
In conclusion, Hon. Hamisu appealed to the petitioners to set aside their grievances and support Emir Ahmed Gunna’s vision for advancing the Kagara Emirate, fostering unity and progress within the emirate.
