DG Policy and Strategy,Comrade Labaran commends Governor Bago’s New Niger dev. Programme.

The Director General of Policy and Strategy for the Niger State Government, Comrade Labaran Garba, has expressed his commendation and appreciation for Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago regarding his proactive stance on addressing youth restiveness, armed banditry, kidnapping, and other social vices, particularly concerning the security challenges in Niger State, especially in Minna Metropolis.
Comrade Labaran Garba stated that the recent executive order issued by the governor aims to combat these issues that have become increasingly concerning for all citizens.
He emphasized that if not adequately addressed, these problems could lead to significant setbacks in achieving the much-needed peaceful coexistence among the people, ultimately hindering the overall growth and development of the state.
He praised the developmental infrastructure efforts, including road construction and rehabilitation, carried out by Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago, which are designed to enhance the quality of life for all Nigerlites.
The Director General further emphasized the need for collective action to support Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago in actualizing his New Niger Development Program.
He called on all relevant stakeholders, including community leaders, parents, and security agencies, to collaborate tirelessly to overcome these challenges.
Additionally, Comrade Labaran Garba took this opportunity to congratulate Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago on the successful launch of the inaugural flight from Minna to other parts of Nigeria, a gesture that aims to promote and enhance the state’s internal revenue.
The Director General concluded with prayers for the success of all initiatives in Niger State.
