Deputy Governor of Niger State, Comrade Yakubu Garba, congratulates the Permanent Secretary Ministry of water resources and Dallatun Minna Alhaji Akilu Musa Kuta as he attains 55 years of age.
In a congratulatory message by his Press Secretary, Ummikhaltume Abdullahi Kuta, Yakubu Garba extols the virtue of the Permanent Secretary, describing him as a selfless, humble, and patriotic personality.
He acknowledged the commitment, diligence, and contributions of the celebrant to the growth and development of the State, Explaining that the permanent secretary has consistently shown to be a rare gem through his unwavering dedication to public service.
Yakubu Garba prayed that Allah would continue to guide and protect the celebrant with more wisdom and keep him in good health and Strength.
