Commiserates with the Deputy Gov. over wife’s death
The Executive Council of the Nigeria Union of Pensioners and the entire members of the Nigeria Union of Pensioner,Niger State Branch wishes to expresses their sadness over the death of the wife of the Deputy Governor,Hajiya Zainab Yakubu which occurred recently.
The State Secretary of the Ngeria union of Pensioners NUP, Alhaji Abdullahi Baba Sani in a condolence massage issued to Journalists in Minna,said the death of the deputy governor’s wife was a great loss not only to the family but to the state and the Country as a whole.
He described late Hajiya Zainab Garba as a humble woman and a mother whose death will be greatly missed by all, adding that,I am personally saddened by the news of her death.
Alhaji Abdullahi Baba Sani said, the death of Hajiya Zainab is indeed devastating and a trying moment not only for the Deputy Governor,Yakubu Garba but the government and the entire people of the State.
He therefore urged him to see the death of his wife as an act of Allah who gives and take when it pleases him, saying that ‘he should be consoled by the fact that the deceased lived a good and fulfilled life’.
He then prayed to Almighty Allah to accept her soul in perfect peace, forgive her shortcomings, avail her Aljannat Firdausi and grant the family and Nigetlites the courage to bear the irreparable and painful loss.
