Tinubu to grace Int’l horse racing in Kaduna on July 10

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is expected to be the Special Guest of Honour at the forthcoming 2nd edition of the International Horse Racing which will commence on Wednesday, 10-13 July 2024 at the Murtala Muhammad Square, Kaduna.
Other captains of industries are expected at the historic international event.
The National Coordinator, Horse Racing Federation of Nigeria, Alhaji Abubakar Mustapha-Bida, Sarkin Dawakin Nupe has dislosed these while detailing the events planned during the three-day epochal sports meet.
It has as it’s theme: ‘Hope Renewed 1st Anniversary Democracy Derby’.
Six cars and cash prizes will be won at the end of the competition.
President Tinubu’s horse, “Hope Renewed” is also participating, among other star horses from African various countries.
Already, participants from Niger Republic, Cameroun, Chad and Mali, among others, have arrived Nigeria ahead of the Derby.
It would be recalled that the finals of the first edition of the Horse Racing took place in Bida on June 1st this year.
At the final of the tournament in Bida, A horse, named “Renewed Hope”, after President Ahmed Tinubu maintained its title of the fastest horse in Africa as it clinched the first position in the 2024 edition
