ICEeL IBBUL COMMENCES SALE OF PART TIME UNDERGRADUATE AND POSTGRADUATE ADMISSION FORMS FOR 2026/27 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Institute of Continuing Education and e-Learning (ICEeL) Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai (IBBUL), has commenced the sales of application forms for admission into Part-time undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes for the twenty twenty six and twenty twenty seven (2026/2027) academic session.
This is contained in a statement signed by ICEeL IBBUL Director, Professor Mohammed Ibrahim Baji in Minna.
Professor Baji says the minimum duration for the undergraduate programmes for year one is twelve semesters, year two is ten semesters while year four is six semesters respectively.
Professor Baji urged interested applicants to visit the Institute’s website
https://ibbuiceel.edu.ng Or visit the Institute’s Secretariat at the IBB University Guest House opposite Trade Fair Complex, Shango, Minna for purchase of the forms.
According to him, the available part-time undergraduate courses include; B. Sc Accounting, B.Sc Political Science, B. Sc Sociology, B.Sc Economics, B.Sc Public Administration, B.Sc Business Administration, B.Sc (Ed) Counselling Psychology, B.Sc (Ed) Adult Education and Community Development and B.A History and International Studies.
The statement added that the requirements for undergraduate courses of year one applicants is minimum of five o’level credits in NECO, WAEC, or NABTEB including English Language and Mathematics.
The year two requirements are: a National Diploma or a recognized university diploma in relevant area or NCE including o’level requirements, while year four applicants require a Higher National Diploma (HND) or a recognized university degree or an Advanced Diploma recognized by IBBU, including o’level requirements above
The Director stated that application forms for the Institute of Continuing Education and e-learning (ICEeL) Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University IBBU Lapai could be purchased online at the cost of Ten Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty Three Naira only.
Mode of lectures is Friday and Saturday only
Similarly, the Institute has also commenced the sales of application forms for admission into Part-time postgraduate programmes for the twenty twenty six and twenty twenty seven (2026/2027) academic session.
According to the Director ICEeL IBBUL, Professor Mohammed Ibrahim Baji, the minimum duration for the Masters Degree Programmes is Eighteen months and Nine months for the Postgraduate Diplomas (PGDs) programmes.
According to him, the available part-time postgraduate courses include; Masters in Public Administration, Masters in Accounting, Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Counselling Psychology, Masters in Public Policy and Administration, Masters in International Studies and Diplomacy as well as their Post Graduate Diplomas (PGDs) respectively.
The statement added that the requirements for Post Graduate Diploma Courses is a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of third class degree or lower credit of HND in a recognized institutions, NYSC discharge certificate or exemption/exclusion letter as well as five o’level credits in NECO, WAEC, or NABTEB including English Language and Mathematics, or any other qualification acceptable to the Senate of the IBBU Lapai.
While applicants for Masters Degree programmes must have a minimum of Second Class lower division degree or upper credit in HND and PGD certificate from recognized institutions, NYSC certificate or exemption/exclusion letter with five credits including English Language and Mathematics of o’level certificate in NECO, WAEC and NABTEB respectively.
