Inauguration of Opposition Transition Committee in Kaduna State Disrupted by Violent Attack.

The official inauguration of the transition committee for the ADC, PDP, SDP, NNPP, and LP in Kaduna State was marred by chaos as armed thugs assaulted the venue, launching dangerous weapons such as cutlasses and stones, resulting in physical confrontations and vandalism of property.
Despite the presence of a significant number of police officers at the scene, the authorities were unable to control the unrest, and the inauguration proceeded as planned.
In statements to the press, former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai and National Vice Chairman of the ADC North West zone, Jafaru Sani, alleged that the ruling party was involved in the attacks.
They criticized the police for their perceived complicity, as they failed to safeguard the rights of the attendees who were exercising their constitutional duties.
