The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Niger State Chapter, under the leadership of Mahmud Abdullahi, mnipr, extends heartfelt congratulations to Hajia Binta Mamman, Honourable Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Niger State, as she celebrates her 47th birthday.
