Dantata Foundation’s CEO Lauds Governor Bago’s Initiatives to Address Youth Challenges in Niger State

Alhaji Shehu Isah Usman, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Dantata Foundation, has commended Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago for his proactive strategies aimed at mitigating youth restiveness, armed banditry, kidnapping, and other social issues affecting Niger State, particularly in the capital, Minna.
He urged the youth to serve as role models and positive ambassadors for the state.
In a statement delivered to a correspondent from Nigeria Daily Post in Minna, Usman highlighted the executive order issued by Governor Bago as both timely and appropriate in tackling the growing concern of youth restiveness in the metropolitan area.
He called for collaboration among all stakeholders, including parents and community leaders, to support the efforts of the Niger State government in addressing these pressing issues.
As an aspirant for the Chanchaga Federal Constituency in the upcoming 2027 general elections, Usman encouraged the youth of Chanchaga to embrace lawfulness, discipline, diligence, and community spirit, which he believes are essential for personal and communal growth.
He emphasized that adhering to these values would allow the youth to benefit from the dividends of democracy and partake in the entrepreneurial and self-reliance programs initiated by Governor Bago to enhance the welfare of state citizens.
Furthermore, he expressed the commitment of the Dantata Foundation to support proactive youth in Chanchaga Federal Constituency, providing necessary assistance for their development.
Usman also praised Governor Bago for the new Niger Development Program, particularly his focus on road construction, rehabilitation, and overall infrastructure advancement throughout the state.
He concluded with prayers for Allah’s guidance and health to assist in making Niger State a more prosperous place within Nigeria.
