Governor Umaru Bago Calls for Continued Devotion Beyond Ramadan.

Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has urged the Muslim community to maintain their dedication in worshiping Allah beyond the Ramadan season.
In a message conveyed by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, he congratulated Muslims worldwide on successfully completing this year’s Ramadan fast and celebrating Eid-el-Fitr.
Governor Bago emphasized that the teachings of the Quran and Hadith, which promote peace, love, discipline, and humility, extend beyond the month of Ramadan and should be practiced throughout one’s life.
He highlighted the significance of the Eid-el-Fitr celebration as a time for love, charity towards the less fortunate, and fostering peaceful coexistence among people of various faiths.
He also called upon the community to pray for lasting peace in Nigeria, particularly in Niger State, and encouraged leaders to serve humanity with selflessness.
The Governor reaffirmed his commitment to building a New Niger where everyone has a sense of belonging.
