The NUT Niger Council Chairman, Akayago Congratulates Nigerlites on the Christmas celebration.
On behalf of the Executive Council of the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) and the entire teaching staff of Niger State, I, Comrade Adamu Mohammed Akayago, the State Chairman of NUT Niger State and Dokajin Tegina, extend warm greetings to His Excellency, Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago, and all Nigerlites, especially our Christian brothers and sisters, on the celebration of this year’s Christmas.
As we celebrate this joyous occasion, I encourage all Nigerlites to reflect on the values and principles that Christmas embodies.
I also urge all teachers, particularly our Christian colleagues, to take this season to pray for our dedicated Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago, that he may succeed in his vision of transforming the State, particularly the education sector, for the better.
Additionally, I want to take this opportunity to express gratitude to His Excellency, Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago, for bringing joy to teachers through the recent enhancement of our salaries.
As we anticipate a new and promising year, I encourage all members of the Union to remain steadfast and even more committed to their work to reciprocate this commendable gesture.
We pledge our continuous support and cooperation to the administration of His Excellency, Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago, in achieving the new Niger agenda. We wish all Nigerlites, especially our Christian teachers, a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year in advance.
