CORRECTIONS OFFICER OF THE NIGER COMMAND, DSC INNOCENT OGBU HAS BEEN KIDNAPPED:
A Deputy Superintendent of Corrections, DSC Innocent Ogbu has been kidnapped.
The officer, who is the unit commander of the Armed Squad wing at the medium-security custodial center, Minna, Niger State Command, was abducted along the Lokoja- Enugu road on Saturday, 23rd November 2024, on his way to Enugu for a DSC development course.
According to available reports from the Commands CPRO Rabiu Mohammed Shuaibu said the officer was abducted along with fifteen other commuters traveling to Enugu in an 18-seater commercial bus.
The sad incident was reported to relevant security agencies including the police and DSS.
