Court jail Man for stealing in Kano.

Musa Danladi has been sentenced to one year imprisonment by a Kano Magistrate court sitting in Gezawa local government area of Kano state.
Musa Danladi,also known as Musa Kwalansho a resident of Gunduwa ward in Gezewa Local Government Area of Kano State,was Convicted and sentenced by Magistrate Haruna Salisu Danbata
of Kano State Magistrate court 31 on three count charges which bothered on Criminal Conspiracy, housebreaking and theft and receiving stolen property.
According to the Police Prosecutor Junaidu Aminu, ASP the three count charges were punishable under section 97,287, and 317 of the penal code law
The three count charges are Criminal conspiracy,theft and receiving stolen property which is contrary to section 97 of the penal code law.
Kwalansho was convicted and sentenced to one year behind the correctional facility by the Presiding Magistrate Haruna Salisu for breaking into the room of a Minna based broadcast Journalist Abdullahi A.Ilyasu popularly known as Danlami of Radio Niger in Minna Niger State.
He was found sometimes in August this Year guilty of house breaking, conspiracy and theft of carting away valuable items worth millions of naira from the room of the Broadcast journalist, Abdullahi A Iliyasu in his residence in Gunduwawa,Tsohon gida in Gezewa Local Government Area of Kano State.
The Convict pleaded guilty to the three count charges brought against him by the police and read to him by the Magistrate Haruna Salisu and the Police Prosecutor Supol Junaidu Aminu prayed the court to convict Kwalansho in accordance to the Provision of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act ACJA of Kano State.
