Niger State Governor, Farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago joins millions of well-wishers in felicitation with the 20th Sultan of Sokoto and President General, Nigeria Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar as he attains the age of 68.
The Farmer Governor, in a congratulatory message through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, describes the Sultan of Sokoto as an exemplary leader who has contributed immensely to the growth and development of the Nation.
He also acknowledges the tireless efforts of the Islamic leader in the propagation of Islam, upholding its tenets as well as ensuring a peaceful co-existence among other religions in the Country.
Farmer Umaru Bago calls on all Muslim leaders and the entire Muslim Ummah to emulate the selfless lifestyle of the celebrant, while urging them to continue to give him all the needed support in his position as the leader of all Muslims in the Country.
The Farmer Governor uses this medium to pray for more health, wisdom, and Allah’s protection as the Sultan continues in his quest of ensuring religious harmony in the Country.
