Isyaku Barau Esq, Chairman, Nigeria Bar Association,Minna Branch on behalf of the NBA Minna Branch and its entire membership,wishes to congratulate Mr. Mazi Afam Josiah Osigwe, SAN, on his election by the esteemed members of the bar as the President-elect of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) in the just concluded NBA National election’s 2024.
We also wish to congratulate other Executives who were unanimously returned elected.
The overwhelming support and victory gained at the election by Afam Osigwe, SAN, from the members at the just concluded election is a testament to a new dawn in the Nigerian Bar Association.
We in the NBA Minna Branch strongly believe that going by Mr. Afam Osigwe, SAN’s outstanding track records and consistent leadership qualities, his administration will usher in a proactive bar that will boldly uphold the pillars of justice, restore confidence in the judiciary through genuine advocacy for the rule of law, and ultimately pay undivided attention to the welfare of lawyers, striving for excellence while addressing the oppression of young and less privileged lawyers in the profession.
