Niger House of Assembly Speaker commends Gov. Bago for good leadership style
The Speaker of the Niger State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Abdulmalik Mohammad Sarkin -Daji, has commended the State Governor Farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago for good leadership style.
A press statement by Malam Farouq Umar Isah, Head of Media and Public Relations of the Niger State House of Assembly, said this during a town hall meeting organized by State Government at the Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi International Conference Center, Minna.
Barrister Abdulmalik Mohammad Sarkin -Daji appreciated the governor for putting in place mechanism to transform the State as one of the economically viable State in the country interms of infrastructural development, agricultural revolution and education amongst others.
The Speaker commended the governor for embarking on infrastructure development projects across the state, adding the the initiative would bring about growth and development in the state.
In the area of agriculture, Sarkindaji disclosed that there was a Bill for a Law to establish Abdulsalami Abubakar University of Agriculture Mokwa had passed second reading at the State house of assembly.
He added that the university when established, would not only to benefit Nigerlites but the country at large.
The Speaker assured the governor of legislative continuous support in complementing the transformation agenda of the State l.
