Etsu Nupe to deliver first 2024 NIIA distinguished lecture

Etsu Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar is to deliver the first 2024 Distinguished lecture titled ” Traditional Authority and National integration in Nigeria ” at Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA ), Koffo Abayomi , Lagos on May 29 by 12 noon.
This is contained in an invitation card and obtained by the newsmen in Minna on Monday.
It stated that the event will be holding at NIIA Ultra Modern Conference Chamber, Lagos on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 by 12 noon.
It added that the for the lecture is: “Traditional Authority and National Integration in Nigeria” will be a major contribution to the body of knowledge in national integration.
The Etsu Nupe and Chairman, Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar commenting on the forthcoming programme noted that the importance of National integration cannot be overemphasized, hence the topic is apt.
The royal Father who is also the Chancellor of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife also asserted that national integration is Sine qua non to peace and development in the country.
