Niger State Intending Pilgrims tasked to be good ambassador of the State.

Niger State intending Pilgrims for this year’s Hajj have been advised to be good ambassadors of the State and Nigeria while in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The call was made by the Executive Governor of Niger State His Excellency (Rt Hon) Umar Mohammed Bago in a farewell address delivered by his Deputy Comrade Yakubu Garba at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja during the launching of the State inaugural flight to Saudi Arabia this Friday.
Governor Bago urged all the State Pilgrims to exhibit high sense of responsibility, tolerance to one another and to pray to Allah to restore peace in the State and the Country.
In his remarks, the Executive Secretary of the Niger State Pilgrims Welfare Board Sheikh Muhammad Awwal Aliyu expressed his gratitude to Allah for making it easy for the State Pilgrims as they were invited to the transit camp and took off in less than 24 hrs and pray to Allah to ease the subsequent operation.
A total number of Three Hundred and Thirty Five Pilgrims both males and females were airlifted to Madinatul Munawwara for the 2023 pilgrimage.
