ENDWELL COORDINATORS TASKED TO UTILIZESES THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED TO MOVE THE SCHEME FROM ANALOG TO DIGITIZATION.
The Chairman Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) Niger state council, Comrade Adamu Mohammed Akayago has called on the local government area Coordinators of Teachers Social Security scheme ENDWELL to adhere strictly and comprehend the lecture they will receive during the workshop organized by the NUT to boast their performance.as Coordinators.
The Chairman, Comrade Adamu Akayago stated this while delivering his speech at the opening ceremony of a three day workshop for ENDWELL Branch Coordinators on digitalization and validation of ENDWELL holding at Teachers House, Tungan Goro Minna.
He stated that the main aim of the workshop is to train Coordinators on how they can discharge their responsibilities as Coordinators of ENDWELL most especially now that the world is changing from analog to global digitalization.
He stressed that the success of the workshop depends on their commitment and dedication to the programme to comprehend the teaching and techniques they will receive during the workshop and urged them to listen attentively to the instructions.
He mentioned that at the end of the workshop it is expected of them to brainstorm their members at local government branch with what they have learnt at the workshop.
In his speech at the workshop,the state Principal Assistant Secretary General, Comrade Labaran Garba stated that the scheme when it started about twenty years ago people thought the programme will not succeed,but today history is been made for the level the scheme found itself adding that many organization are copying from the scheme.
He mentioned that now that institutions and organization particularly those that have to do with financial investment have to key in with the current ICT trend of the world hence need for the workshop to abraist them with the knowledge on digitization
“It is evident that we are moving away from the analog system to digital system, with the workshop and the programme in particular we are going to make our members know what they are contributing for them to know the position of their savings with ENDWELL”.
He advised all the coordinators to take the workshop serious and try to make the laptop in their possession safe, adding that the laptop given to them is the property of ENDWELL and it will reduce westages in terms of going for photocopying and buying of stationary papers
He then tasked them to impact same knowledge they have acquired during the workshop to their members at branch level to enable them appreciate Endwell scheme.
