Her Excellency Dorothy Nuhu Aken’Ova a right activist in Nigeria has hailed the Presidential tribunal for upholding the principles of fairness and justice in the electoral process of Nigeria.
Dorothy who highlighted that Tinubu’s victory demonstrates the credibility of the Nigerian judicial system, believes that President Tinubu’s victory will serve as a catalyst for positive change in Nigeria.
As an activist fighting for human rights and the rule of law, Dorothy has been a strong advocate for transparent and unbiased elections in Nigeria.
She has consistently called for the independence of the judiciary and for it to remain impartial in order to ensure a fair electoral process.
While celebrating the judicial system’s decision, Dorothy acknowledges that there may be those who are disappointed with the outcome of the tribunal’s ruling.
She encourages such individuals to channel their grievances through lawful and peaceful means such as appeals within the legal framework.
She emphasizes the importance of respecting the democratic process and allowing the judiciary to carry out its role without interference.

She hopes that this judicial affirmation will invigorate President Tinubu and his cabinet to pursue economic growth social development and improved governance.
She also urges the government to prioritize issues such as poverty eradication education healthcare and security which are pressing concerns for the Nigerian people.
