Niger State Governor Umaru Bago Expresses Condolences to His Deputy on the Loss of His Younger Brother.
Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has extended his heartfelt condolences to his deputy, Comrade Yakubu Garba, following the death of his younger brother, Umar Garba Kuta.
In a condolence message delivered through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the governor expressed his deep sorrow over the loss, calling it a tragic event. He emphasized that this loss is not only a setback for the deputy’s family but also for the entire state.
Governor Bago encouraged his deputy to find comfort and remain steadfast in the will of Allah, who is all-knowing. He stated, “This is truly a painful loss, and I share in your grief. Please accept this loss as an act of Allah, understanding that death is inevitable, and we cannot question our Creator.”
The governor prayed that Allah, in His infinite mercy, will forgive the deceased’s shortcomings and grant him Aljannat Firdausi (the highest paradise). He also prayed that Allah would give the immediate and extended families of the deceased the strength to endure this irreparable loss.
The late Alhaji Umar Garba, who served as the Chief Imam of Rafin Kuka, passed away at the age of 46, leaving behind two children and an elderly mother.
