GOVERNOR UMARU BAGO MOURNS THE LOSS OF LATE WING COMMANDER MUHAMMAD MAGANA (RTD)
Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has expressed his condolences following the death of his associate, Wing Commander Muhammad Magana (Retired).
In a statement issued through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the governor described the passing of Wing Commander Magana as a profound loss to his family and the entire state.
He highlighted that the deceased was a dedicated and selfless officer of the Nigerian Air Force who served his country with honor, integrity, and unwavering commitment, making significant contributions to Nigeria’s peace and stability.
The governor extended his sympathies to the leadership of the Nigerian Air Force and to the Etsu Nupe and Chairman of the Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers, Yahaya Abubakar, upon the demise of Magana.
He prayed that Allah forgive the deceased’s shortcomings and grant him entry into Al-Jannat al-Firdaus.
Furthermore, the governor expressed his condolences to the immediate and extended families, as well as all associates of the late Wing Commander Muhammad Magana.
Throughout his military career, the late officer held several notable positions, including Commandant of the Air Force Girls Military School in Jos, Plateau State.
