Governor Bago Expresses Delight with Niger Foods Over Farming Activities.

Governor Umaru Bago has praised Niger Foods for its agricultural efforts in the state.
He made this statement during a visit to one of Niger Foods’ farms in Mokwa, where he interacted with the tractor operators who had recently planted corn.
The Governor noted that the current farm spans approximately 3,000 hectares, with plans to expand by an additional 150,000 hectares by the end of June 2025.
“We have started with about 3,000 hectares, and we are preparing to add another 150,000 before June,” he stated. “We have begun planting corn, and the crops are thriving.”
Governor Bago highlighted that Niger Foods operates farms in various locations within Mokwa and other local government areas across the state, noting that they are performing exceptionally well.
