Organised Labour Niger State Celebrates Eid El Adha and Addresses Recent Tragedies.
The Organised Labour Niger State, led by Comrade Ambassador Idrees AbdulKareem Lafene, NLC Chairman, and Comrade Arc Ibrahim Gana, TUC Chairman, extends warm greetings to the entire Muslim Ummah worldwide on the occasion of Eid El Adha.
.In their message, they pray for continued success and happiness in Niger State and across Nigeria.
Furthermore, they take this opportunity to extend sympathies to Governor Umaru Muhammad Bago and Farmer Comrade Yakubu Garba during the Sallah celebrations.
They also express condolences regarding the tragic Mokwa incident, which has resulted in a reported death toll of 161, with more bodies yet to be recovered.
Comrade Ambassador Idrees AbdulKareem Lafene emphasized the urgent need for support for the Mokwa flood victims, many of whom are homeless and vulnerable.
He called for the community to extend their kindness and assistance during this challenging time, offering prayers for both the deceased and the survivors, asking for divine blessing and protection.
TUC Chairman Comrade Arc Ibrahim Gana likewise urged the Muslim community to take advantage of the Eid celebrations to pray for civil servants throughout the state and for a more harmonious relationship between Organised Labour and the Niger State Government.
