Mokwa Flood Tragedy: Death Toll Rises to 161- SSG
The Niger State Government has reported the recovery of three additional bodies following the devastating flood disaster in the Mokwa Local Government Area, raising the total death toll to 161.
In an official press statement issued by Abubakar Usman, the Secretary to the State Government of Niger State, it was confirmed that two bodies were recovered on Tuesday evening, with one more found the following evening. All recovered bodies have been respectfully buried.
