Niger State Organised Labour Celebrates Permanent Secretary Alh. Abubakar(Miller) Madugun Agaie, Gamji Bosso.
The Organised Labour of Niger State, under the leadership of Comrade Ambassador Idrees AbdulKareem Lafene and Comrade Arc Ibrahim Gana, extends heartfelt congratulations to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Alh. Abubakar Aliyu Miller, on the occasion of his birthday.
Comrade Ambassador Idrees AbdulKareem Lafene, the NLC Chairman for Niger State, commended Alh. Abubakar Aliyu, describing him as a true servant leader who possesses a deep understanding of developmental issues.
He stated, “Your leadership is a beacon of hope and guidance. May your birthday be a celebration of your remarkable achievements and the positive impact you’ve had on the lives of the people.”
Similarly, Comrade Arc Ibrahim Gana, Chairman of the TUC in Niger State, praised Alh. Abubakar Aliyu for exhibiting the qualities of vision, determination, and compassion.
