I, Hon. Muhammadu Usman Tinau, former Commissioner for Finance in Niger State, extend my heartfelt congratulations to the Emir of Kagara, Ahmad Garba Gunna, as he marks the significant milestone of his 50th birthday.
In a message shared with journalists in Minna, He highlighted the Emir’s dynamic leadership and his unwavering commitment to fostering peace within the Emirate.
Hon. Usman Tinau recognized the Emir’s invaluable contributions to the progress and prosperity of Kagara Emirate, as well as his impact on the broader Niger State.
Furthermore, he commended the Emir for his dedication to preserving the rich cultural heritage of our community and for honoring the legacy left by his ancestors.
