WE WANT PEACE AND JUSTICE TO REIGN IN NIGER STATE

The special adviser to governor Umar Muhammed Bago of Niger state on Normadic and Pastoral Affairs Alhaji Muhammadu Tukur Abubakar who is also the north-central states zonal chairman of Gan-Allah Fulani Association of Nigeria has called on communities leaders to ensure peace and security prevails in the state
Alhaji. Muhammadu Tukur made this call during an interview with our Correspondent in his office in Minna, yesterday, on the recent crises between the vigilante corps and the Pastoralists at Beji Market, in which four lives were lost
He said ” actually the crises that happened at Beji Market between the farmers that are mostly vigilante and the Pastoralists recently is a sad incident. Because four people were killed and others injured.
And historically, these farmers and the Pastoralists have been living in peace with one another for many decades. We hope that the government and the people concerned will
we need peace, justice and tranquility to reign in the Niger state. So as to have meaningful developments under the leadership of governor Umar Muhammed Bago,
Because development in both economic and social aspect of life can only be achieved, if there is peace and harmony in the society. Which harness the smooth running of activities in the society
Therefore i called on the government to ensure justice is being done by taken necessary measures to prevent future occurrence of such incident
And i also urged the leaders of the vigilante corps and the Pastoralists should not take law into there hands when ever there is any problem. They should endeavor to report tithe authorities concerned. So that necessary actions can be taken in time
Lastly, Alhaji Muhammad Tukur thank the governor and every one that made his appointment as one of the advisers of the governor possible. And then urged the people to support the government and pray for its success
