EMIR OF MINNA CALLED ON NIGERLITES TO SUPPORT NPHCDA HEALTH CARE PROGRAMME

The Emir of Minna Alhaji( Dr) Umar Farouq Bahago has called on Nigerlites to support the healthcare services to address health challenges affecting the society most especially women and infants in the state
The Emir Minna made the call at his Palace in Minna yesterday. When he recieved the staffs of Niger state Primary Health care Development Agency NPCHD and Members of the National Orientation Agency ( NOA) under the leadership of Alhaji Yahaya Ibrahim Gbangbo ,the state director of NOA , who paid him courtesy visit,
The Emir ,Dr Umar Farooq Bahago said commended the efforts of the Niger state primary Healthcare Agency and the National Orientation Agency NOA, in sensitizing the masses on the importance of immunizations of killer diseases and other healthcare services.

He therefore called on the entire people of Chanchaga Local Government and the entire State to accord immunization programme the necessary support and cooperation to succeed.
Earlier in his speech the leader of the delegation,the Deputy director of NOA in the state Alhaji Bala Musa who spoke on behalf of the Niger State Primary healthcare Agency on the purpose of their visit said the programme will be flagg-off on Monday 27th November 2023
He stated that the programme is to be carried out twice every year clinics or Health facilities that are situated in the 374 wards of the state and is free of charge
According to him it will enable women with pregnancy and infants children to be immunized to protecte them from the killer diseases and for them to benefit from other health care services provided by the government in the state
In Her speech Hajiya Fati Garba the director of primary Healthcare development Agency of Chanchaga local Government advised women to turn out en-mass during this forthcoming immunization exercise next week in every local Government area of the state
