Newgate university matriculate 460 students

The Vice Chancellor Newgate university Minna professor Sadiq Yusuf matriculated 460 students into 14 Bachelor Degree programmes amongst include first batch of Doctor of physiotherapy students.
The matriculation took place on Wednesday at the Newgate university in Minna.
Vice chancellor of theschool Sadiq Yusuf noted the 460 students are to fit into 14 Bachelor Degree programmes in the facuties of medical and Health Sciences, computing and information technology, management and social sciences.
“Schoolarship for 15 students from public schools in Minna city who have excelled in their O’Level examination but were not able to proceed with their education because of their socio -economic status”.
According to the professor ” We shall matriculate students to Bachelor of laws and in our 4th matriculation ceremony we will matriculate students to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery ” he said.
He then , charged the students to be architects of their destiny and education to be received will equipped the students with the tools to navigate the ever changing landscap of the professional world, while acknowledging parents and guardians who have entrusted their wards education in them.

In his Goodwill message the Registra National Examination Council NECO professor Dantani Wushishi represented by Director Of Finance Jacob Ekala has applauded the PRO chancellor Newgate university for his vision and mission in investing on the educational sector, stressing that the educational sector is the bedrock of every developed society or country.
Hence called on the students to serious minded and faced their studies as the university as well as the society expect from them
Speaking in their seperate remarks Niger state speaker Barrister Abdulmalik Mohammmed Sarkin Daji represented by member Rajiu constuctency Hon Bako Bello and stalkholder Abubakar Magaji Commended the founder of the university while calling on the government to support the students to go for medical line in their course of study, as they advised the students to mindful of their studies.
