Salihu Ari said, creation of the Ministry was a testament to Governor Sule’s astute understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable groups in Nasarawa State adding that establishing the Ministry has demonstrated the Governor’s commitment to addressing the needs of the less privileged and marginalized communities as well as ensuring that their voices are heard and their rights protected.

Civil Society Organizations play invaluable contributions in addressing various societal challenges, including poverty alleviation, education, health, gender inclusion, and environmental sustainability. Their grassroots presence, local knowledge, and community engagement make them ideal partners for the government in implementing policies and programs that truly reflect the needs and aspirations of the people.
As a leading CSO in the State, we pledge our full support and commitment to working closely with the ministry under the leadership of Princess Margaret Itake Elayo.
We are confident the inclusion of CSOs in the affairs of the ministry will lead to transformative changes that will uplift the lives of the most vulnerable and marginalized individuals in Nasarawa State”
It will be recalled that in July 2023, the Executive Governor of Nassarawa State, Engr.
