Niger NNPP Calls for the suspension of Presidential candidate,Dr Rabiu Kwankwaso for trading With the party,says his attitude is no longer bearable.
The presidential candidate of the New Nigeria people party NNPP,Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has been warned to henceforth stop trading With the party.
In a communique released at the end of an emergency meeting held at the New Nigeria people party secretariat on Friday jointly signed by the state Chairman,Hon Maman Damisa and the state Secretary,Hon MK Garba made available to Journalists in Minna,stated that Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso’s attitude is no longer bearable to the Members and the Executives of the party In the state.
At the expanded meeting of the party, the members reviewed the purported dissolusion of the wards,local government, and state chapters by Dr Rabiu Kwankwaso anti party activities and the recent suspension of the founding father and BOT Chairman,Dr Boniface O.Aniebonam and Dr Major Agbo, the National publicity Secretary as unacceptable’.
The statement says at the meeting ‘we entirely disagrees with the accusations of the involvement of the state executive in anti party activities by the NWC while exonerating and watching the leader Engr Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso roaming and trading With the party’..
According to the communique Dr. Kwankwaso’s recent engagement with other political parties candidates and several meetings with President Ahmed Bola Tinubu before,during and after the 2023 general election is enough evidence to suspend him from leadership of the party.
They called on the Founder/ BOT Chairman to as a matter of urgency withdraw the MOU signed with Dr Rabiu Kwankwaso and retrieve the party from him to save it from total collapse.
According to the statement the issue of purported dissolusion of the wards, local government and state chapters over unsubstantiated allegations of Anti party activity, the meeting rejected the NWC action as it was done in a flagrant violation of the party constitution.
The meeting also recalled the role played by some leaders and members of NWC where they induced the state to certain course actions with a view to actualizes a hidden. game plan.
It was also resolved at the meeting to expose all atrocities committed in the process as well seek redress in a court of law.
The meeting further directed the wards and local government chapters to continue to work diligently for the success of the party adding that suspension of the founding father/BOT Chairman and the National publicity Secretary by the NWC is a stage drama that has no basis for discussion.
