Staff of Ministry of Finance tasked to support Present administration Achieve it transformation Agenda…Akilu Musa Kuta.
The outgoing Permanent Secretary ministry of finance,Niger State, Alhaji Akilu Musa kuta has applauded the management and staff of the ministry for the cooparation accorded him during the period in the ministry as Permanent Secretary.
Alhaji Akilu Musa kuta stated this in his farewell meeting with the staff of the ministry held at the ministry of health conference hall Minna.
The Permanent Secretary pointed out that despite the difficulties and the challenges of the economy,the staff were steadfast in their supports in the few years that he spent with them in the ministry.
He said that his presence in the ministry has been a memorable one irrespective of the fact that he was not able to accomplish some of the obligation and therefore called on those he might have offended to forgive him, saying that no human being is perfect.
Alhaji Akilu Musa kuta admonished the staff to extend the same support and cooperation to the next Permanent Secretary and indeed the present administration to achieve it transformation Agenda.
He said he would continue with his open door policy wherever he finds himself and finally prayed to Allah to continue to quide and protect each and everyone of us in all our endervour.
Also Speaking, the Director Inspectorate of the ministry of finance, Alhaji Danjjuma Mohammed Ali Ndakpayi said it is a glory that the Permanent Secretary,Akilu Musa Kuta parting with us successfully.
Alhaji Danjjuma Ndakpayi noted that the Permanent Secretary has done credibly well despite the difficulties faced which range from insecurity, COVID-19 and off course the general elections.
He posited that the Permanent Secretary has also done well administratively even though funds were not available perform some statutory functions.
In her remarks,the Director Administration of the ministry of finance,Hajiya Asma`u Ladi Ishaq said the Permanent Secretary,Akilu Musa kuta came with the zeal but could not achieve it fully due to some difficulties encountered.
She then appreciated the Permanent Secretary on his mentorship, adding that most of the staff if not all in the ministry have learnt one or two things from him.
She therefore wished him all success in the next place of assignment.
